SipToFit (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a hydration and wellness application developed by Insisone Pvt Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, how we store it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use SipToFit, we may collect:

• Account information: email address and a user identifier (if you create an account)
• Health & fitness related inputs: body weight, water intake records, activity type, duration, intensity, and preferences
• Usage data: app interactions and feature usage to improve stability and performance
• Device/technical data: basic device identifiers and diagnostics (e.g., crash logs) to maintain app quality

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide personalized hydration recommendations and insights
• Store hydration/activity history and trends
• Enable challenges, groups, rankings, and progress features (where available)
• Improve app accuracy, performance, and reliability
• Provide customer support and respond to requests

3. Consent and Transparency

Where required, we collect and store personal information only after you explicitly agree to the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not create an account or use features requiring data storage.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers strictly to operate and improve the App (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting). These providers are required to protect your data and use it only for providing services to us.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

SipToFit does not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are processed by:

• Apple In-App Purchases (iOS)
• Google Play Billing (Android)

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and records for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account at any time. We may retain limited information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to resolve disputes.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may have the right to:

• Access or update your account information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent where applicable (by stopping use and/or deleting your account)

8. Account Deletion

If you created an account, you can delete it from within the App (Profile → Delete Account) or via the account deletion page if we provide one. Account deletion permanently removes personal data associated with your account from our systems, subject to Section 6 (Data Retention).

Note: Deleting your SipToFit account does not automatically cancel your App Store / Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be managed in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Children’s Privacy

SipToFit is not intended for children without appropriate parental/guardian consent where required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal data without proper consent, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on our service providers. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards where required.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date will be updated. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
